Freediving routes
For the more experienced people who are more comfortable in the marine environment, we also have freediving routes. Previous experience in freediving is essential, as it is very important to balance the pressure in your ears when you dive, so as not to damage your hearing. First on land we explain the fish that can be seen, showing photos of them, and then we go into the water equipped with a suit, weights, fins, goggles and a snorkel for at least two hours in the water. On the surface we discuss the different fish that we see along a route that we know where more fish are concentrated.
